Today is 1 May. In a few weeks I will be back in London and my year of living in Madrid will be over. It has been everything I wanted it to be and more. I came here to teach English and to live in a city where I could barely speak the language and I am leaving with a whole new perspective on life.
Where have I been for the whole of April? My blog has been sleepy while I have been contemplating my future and reflecting on the past 11 months. So, rather belatedly, some highlights of where I went and what I did in April - in between a lot of teaching - will follow.
